1. Services
American Math Academy provides educational tutoring and academic support services, including but not limited to:
Math tutoring
Science tutoring

Online and in-person educational sessions
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Registration and Enrollment

You agree that all information provided is truthful and current.
3. Payments and Fees
Tuition fees, program fees, and other charges must be paid according to the payment schedule provided during registration.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of tutoring services.
All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Tutoring sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable advance notice.
Missed sessions without prior notice may be considered completed and may not be eligible for a refund or makeup session.
American Math Academy reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to instructor availability, emergencies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to the specific program or service purchased.
Certain materials, digital products, practice tests, memberships, or completed tutoring sessions may be non-refundable.
Requests for refunds should be submitted in writing to our support team.
6. Student Responsibilities
Students are expected to:
Attend sessions on time
Participate respectfully
Complete assigned work
Maintain appropriate behavior during online or in-person sessions
American Math Academy may terminate services for disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
7. Educational Disclaimer
American Math Academy strives to provide high-quality educational instruction and test preparation.
While many students experience significant improvements in grades, confidence, and standardized test scores, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, admissions decisions, scholarship awards, or test score improvements.
Results vary based on each student’s effort, attendance, preparation, and other individual factors.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, worksheets, practice materials, lesson plans, and educational resources, is the property of American Math Academy unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or republish our materials without prior written permission.
